Senior Salesforce Consultant – German-speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Evaluate the current Salesforce systems and provide best-practice recommendations to enhance efficiency.

• Organize and facilitate workshops for new clients, offering training and support post-project completion.

• Oversee implementation projects from start to finish, including analysis and go-live stages.

• Acquire new clients and ensure successful delivery of client projects.

• Serve as the main point of contact, fostering client relationships and encouraging follow-up engagements.

• Define the scope of Salesforce projects and present outcomes to clients.

• Deploy customized Salesforce solutions for startups, scale-ups, and mid-sized businesses.

• Assist in training initiatives for internal Salesforce consulting teams.

• Actively seek Salesforce training opportunities and pursue certifications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• Over 5 years of hands-on experience in developing various cloud-based CRM solutions, particularly with Salesforce.

• Openness to candidates with varying levels of experience is generally encouraged.

• Proven experience in leading workshops or presenting to business stakeholders.

• Capability to independently manage and nurture client relationships.

• Salesforce Administrator certification is required.

• Additional Salesforce certifications such as Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud, or CPQ are advantageous.

• Strong analytical skills are essential.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative spirit.

• Proficient in German (C1 level).

• Good command of English, both written and verbal.
