Senior Salesforce Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Deliver business analysis consulting services for enterprise projects that encompass multiple phases and platforms.

• Collaborate with development team members to design innovative and potentially intricate solutions that address functional deficiencies.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to fellow consultant team members.

• Offer insights and recommendations to the leadership team of the company.

• Coordinate and communicate effectively and professionally with external client resources.

• Uphold project methodologies and procedures across various projects, platforms, features, teams, divisions, and company-wide processes.

• Comprehend data requirements and collaborate with data analysts to address data necessities.

• Partner with project managers and development teams to guarantee that work products are delivered on time and within budget.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5+ years of business analysis experience within a consulting or professional services firm or other large enterprises.

• A minimum of 3+ years of business analysis experience focused on technology or technology services implementation projects.

• At least 2 years of independent leadership in gathering and analyzing business requirements for implementation projects involving related technologies.

• Proven track record of successful solution crafting.

• Experience with Salesforce implementation or administration.

• Preferred: 1+ years of business analysis experience within the non-profit or association sector.

• Proficiency with AMS or CRM platforms such as NetForum, Personify, Aptify, Impexium, or MS Dynamics.

• Experience in administering or extensively using Fonteva, Nimble AMS, or other Salesforce solutions for non-profit organizations.

• Background in finance and accounting or experience implementing technology platforms in these areas.

• Salesforce.com certification(s) are required in the application questions.

• Must reside in Poland.

• Must be willing to work from 14:30 to 23:00 local time to align with US hours.
