This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more state.

• Execute comprehensive bookkeeping tasks, covering accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and month-end closures.

• Issue invoices and manage collections follow-ups.

• Oversee vendor documentation and payment timelines.

• Generate reports for the CPA and upper management.

• Create, update, organize, and consolidate Salesforce lead and contact information.

• Ensure Salesforce data remains accurate and organized.

• Progress deals through various pipeline stages and update opportunity records accordingly.

• Document calls, emails, and meetings effectively.

• Compile basic reports on pipeline status, conversion rates, and activity tracking.

• Analyze dashboards to prioritize daily tasks.

• Set reminders and follow-up activities using Salesforce calendar and activity feeds.

• Log emails to Salesforce records and monitor opens/replies when enabled.

• Independently navigate through Salesforce Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, and Reports tabs.

• At least 5 years of experience with Salesforce.

• Required experience in the Manufacturing or Healthcare sectors.

• Must be articulate, polished, and well-presented.

• Proven experience in full-cycle bookkeeping, encompassing accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and month-end closures.

• Proficiency in managing leads and contacts within Salesforce.

• Experience in overseeing Salesforce pipeline management.

• Capability to generate basic Salesforce reports and interpret dashboards.

• Familiarity with Salesforce task, reminder, calendar, and activity feed management.

• Experience with Salesforce email integration, including syncing with Outlook/Gmail.

• Ability to independently navigate Salesforce Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, and Reports tabs.
