This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Collaborate with our clients to outline requirements, propose solutions, and deliver results.
• Design and create top-tier implementations of Service Cloud and Field Service.
• Utilize Salesforce Solutions by configuring with point-and-click tools available on the platform, such as Process Builder and Visual Flows.
• Comprehend and utilize the Salesforce Platform to implement scalable solutions.
• Work alongside our Artificial Intelligence team to develop innovative Salesforce solutions for our clients.
• Stay updated with new technical knowledge and the latest Salesforce features and significant launches.
• Minimum of 4 years of project experience in a hands-on role.
• At least 3 years of experience with Salesforce in a development or configuration role.
• Familiarity with Customer Service and Field Service Business Operations, along with experience in solving complex use cases utilizing the full range of the Salesforce Platform.
• Practical experience in building Custom Applications, Lightning Experience, Field Service Mobile App Extensions, Visual Flows, Process Builders, and SLAs/Entitlement Processes within Salesforce.
• Knowledge of Release Management, Application Lifecycle Management, Development Lifecycle, Deployment Best Practices, and Governance.
• Client-facing experience in areas such as Pre-Sales Activities, Project Management/Ownership, Discovery and Design, and delivering solution options to customers, as well as Enterprise Application Architecture.
