Senior Salesforce Consultant, Field Service

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with our clients to identify their needs and suggest tailored solutions.

• Design and implement Service Cloud and Field Service architectures.

• Utilize platform tools to configure Salesforce Solutions.

• Employ the Salesforce Platform to create scalable solutions.

• Partner with the Artificial Intelligence team to drive innovative Salesforce implementations.

• Continuously develop new technical skills related to the latest Salesforce features.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of project experience in a hands-on role.

• At least 3 years of experience with Salesforce in either development or configuration.

• Familiarity with Customer Service and Field Service Business Operations.

• Practical experience in creating Custom Applications and utilizing Salesforce tools.

• Knowledge of Release Management and Development Best Practices.

• Experience in client-facing roles, including Pre-Sales, Project Management, and Solution Design.
