This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Deliver comprehensive full-stack consulting and administration support for Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Sales Cloud and CPQ platforms.
• Set up configurations for Sales and Service environments.
• Conduct weekly and monthly backups of Salesforce data.
• Analyze and test Salesforce updates released three times annually.
• Review and develop Salesforce designs and entity models.
• Configure CPQ for account creation, deletion, and access management.
• Engage with business stakeholders to document requirements for minor enhancements.
• Create design specifications and coordinate efforts with the offshore development team.
• Deploy code and modifications to subsequent environments.
• Evaluate technical design implications resulting from changes in functional requirements.
• Provide production support, manage incidents, address service requests, and implement Salesforce enhancements.
• Educate business users on Salesforce process flows.
• Assist with integrations involving Outlook, HubSpot, and other systems.
• Upload data utilizing Data Loader and Import Wizard.
• Drive solutions through configuration, Lightning Flows, lead management, and opportunity management.
• Set up reports and dashboards.
• Establish security measures using profiles, roles, and single sign-on.
• Proven hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and CPQ.
• Demonstrated experience in configuring Sales and Service setups.
• Mandatory Salesforce certifications in Admin, Admin+, and Platform.
• Experience with Salesforce Data Loader and Import Wizard is essential.
• Familiarity with Lightning Flows, lead management, and opportunity management.
• Background in support or managed-services projects.
• Strong ability to engage with business stakeholders and document requirements effectively.
• Capability to create technical designs and evaluate the impacts of functional changes.
• Proficient in deploying code and changes to subsequent environments.
• Knowledgeable about Salesforce security protocols using profiles, roles, and single sign-on.
• Experience in supporting integrations with Outlook, HubSpot, and other systems.
