Salesforce Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee design-focused consulting projects within Salesforce Core Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience), converting business needs into user-centered solutions.

• Conduct discovery workshops, design thinking sessions, and customer journey mapping to establish solution strategies.

• Evaluate business processes and create scalable Salesforce solutions that align with user experience and deliver business value.

• Convert business requirements into user stories, functional specifications, and solution designs.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, including C-level executives, ensuring alignment between business objectives and solution design.

• Work collaboratively with architects and development teams to translate requirements into functional and technical solution designs.

• Participate in pre-sales efforts, business development, mentoring, and enhancing internal capabilities within the Design Consulting practice.

• Partner with technical architects and developers to ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and adhere to best practices.

• Prepare and deliver demonstrations, walkthroughs, and solution presentations to clients.

• Assist in testing activities, including test preparation, defect analysis, and user acceptance testing.

• Contribute to training, rollout, and change enablement initiatives.

• Support project delivery through comprehensive documentation, structured communication, and proactive issue resolution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, Service Design, Human-Centered Design, or a related field.

• A minimum of 4 years of Salesforce consulting experience focusing on solution design, business analysis, or customer experience transformation.

• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Core Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience) with the capacity to design user-centered solutions.

• A proactive and motivated working style accompanied by a strong sense of ownership.

• An eagerness to learn, inquire, and pursue continuous improvement.

• A methodical approach to work with the ability to simplify complex topics.

• Experience in leading workshops, gathering requirements, and facilitating customer journey/design thinking sessions.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior business stakeholders.

• Proficient in business German and English; experience in one of the following sectors is advantageous: Manufacturing, Life Sciences, or Retail.
