Salesforce Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Facilitate customer workshops to gain insights into business processes, spot improvement opportunities, and convert requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.

• Develop and configure Salesforce solutions utilizing standard platform functionalities, ensuring a configuration-first approach that adheres to Salesforce best practices.

• Take ownership of functional workstreams throughout the project lifecycle, encompassing requirements gathering, user stories, solution documentation, testing, training, and go-live support.

• Serve as a trusted advisor between business stakeholders and the delivery team to guarantee successful project execution, alignment with stakeholders, and high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Assist with pre-sales initiatives, contribute to solution proposals, share industry best practices, and continuously enhance delivery methodologies and reusable assets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience with Salesforce Core Clouds and CRM transformation projects.

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration (Flows, Security, Reports & Dashboards, Approval Processes, etc.).

• Exceptional communication and workshop facilitation abilities.

• Experience working within Agile delivery teams.

• Salesforce certifications are a plus.
