This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Solicit, collect, assess, and document information from diverse sources and stakeholders during business discovery and grooming sessions.
• Convert high-level information into detailed requirements and articulate user stories with acceptance criteria in the requirements management system.
• Align functional business requirements with Salesforce.com features and capabilities; create as-is and to-be process diagrams.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to document business and functional requirements in Epics, User Stories, or Business Requirements Documents.
• Act as the primary conduit between business stakeholders, operations, and the technical team throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work closely with Developers, Solution Architects, and other delivery team members to ensure systems align with business needs.
• Actively contribute to discussions regarding solutions and architecture on the Salesforce platform.
• Facilitate Agile scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Partner with the Scrum Team to refine user stories, engage in sprint execution, and identify and address team impediments.
• Coach and mentor the Scrum Team, leading to effective implementation while maintaining focus on tasks.
• Participate in testing cycles (UAT, Regression, and system), develop Test Plans and Test Cases, and lead UAT sessions with business stakeholders.
• Oversee feedback regarding enhancements and bugs, ensuring the quality of the solution output.
• Create project-specific documentation and deliverables, including User Guides, Quick Reference Sheets, Train-the-Trainer materials, data dictionaries, communication plans, and test plans.
• Conduct training sessions for end users.
• Evaluate requirements to generate wireframes, visual flows, process diagrams, and/or fit-gap analysis to propose solutions for business challenges.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies, developing effective plans to escalate and mitigate them.
• Exceptional interpersonal, listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical abilities with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Capability to juggle multiple tasks in a collaborative team environment.
• Experience with both sandbox and production environments.
• Proven adherence to Salesforce.com best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Sr. Business Analyst/Scrum Master with comprehensive Salesforce implementation experience.
• At least 3+ years of experience across all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle in an Agile-driven development environment.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with the Salesforce platform, including configuration of sales, service, community clouds, and/or custom Salesforce applications.
• Strong proficiency in applying Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in conducting both simple and complex Project Demos and Sprint Demos.
• Excellent listening, verbal, written, and presentation capabilities.
• Strong analytical skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, or other Agile project management tools.
• Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Lucidchart, and SharePoint.
