This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead collaborative workshops with stakeholders across NPR to gather, analyze, and document business processes and functional requirements.
• Create clear and actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed process maps to guide development initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers to evaluate incoming business requests, assess strategic importance, and prioritize the Salesforce backlog.
• Work alongside Senior Salesforce Administrators and Developers to design scalable solutions that enhance platform capabilities while maintaining data model integrity.
• Team up with technical groups to evaluate how new requirements influence existing platform architectures, upstream/downstream integrations, and related business systems.
• Develop user acceptance testing (UAT) scripts, organize testing cycles, and create end-user training materials to ensure smooth feature adoption.
• Act as a functional lead on project teams, monitoring project progress, proactively managing delivery timelines, and ensuring alignment among key stakeholders.
• Advocate for platform standards and Salesforce-native best practices across cross-divisional teams to reduce technical debt.
• Build trusted relationships with internal departments and cross-functional technology colleagues, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
• At least four (4) years of focused experience in business analysis, requirements translation, and functional design within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of core Salesforce capabilities, configuration options, security models, and declarative automation tools.
• Proven track record of leading or facilitating functional phases of cross-functional Salesforce projects from discovery to deployment.
• Established ability to conduct requirements-gathering sessions with non-technical business partners and convert operational needs into technical specifications.
• Salesforce Certified Business Analyst certification.
