Business Analyst – Salesforce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with Salesforce users from various departments to gain insights into workflows, challenges, and goals.

• Pose insightful questions to identify underlying issues rather than just surface-level feature requests.

• Question vague, contradictory, or solution-oriented requests and reformulate them into clear problem definitions.

• Convert user requirements into well-organized Epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and definitions of completion.

• Ensure that requirements are thorough, verifiable, and consistent with the capabilities and limitations of the Salesforce platform.

• Manage assigned Salesforce projects from the initial intake stage through to launch.

• Develop timelines, milestones, dependencies, and delivery checkpoints.

• Lead complex, cross-functional Salesforce projects and guide less experienced analysts through mentorship and feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 - 6+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role or a similar capacity.

• Proven track record of working directly with business users to establish system requirements.

• Experience in supporting software delivery teams within Agile frameworks.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or comparable tools.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
