Salesforce Solution Consultant – Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Convert customer business needs into scalable, best-practice Salesforce solutions.

• Facilitate customer discovery sessions and workshops to uncover business challenges, process deficiencies, and solution requirements.

• Design and configure Salesforce solutions in accordance with the Salesforce Professional Services Methodology and the Well-Architected framework.

• Create Technical Design Documents, solution blueprints, and configuration specifications.

• Collaborate with Technical Architects, QA Consultants, Change Management leads, and Engagement Delivery Managers throughout project engagements.

• Act as a functional subject matter expert for one or more Salesforce clouds, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and Agentforce.

• Assist in UAT planning and execution, including defect triage and resolution.

• Contribute to go-live readiness by validating data migration, providing training support, and ensuring hypercare coverage.

• Engage in knowledge-sharing, internal enablement, and onboarding programs.

• Maintain utilization targets that align with AMERS delivery standards while producing high-quality results.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least three (3) years of experience in functional consulting, solution consulting, or business analysis within a Professional Services or delivery setting.

• Practical experience with Salesforce configuration.

• Relevant Salesforce certifications are highly preferred, such as Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or cloud-specific credentials.

• Understanding of the complete services engagement lifecycle from discovery and design through to build, UAT, and go-live.

• Strong facilitation abilities for leading workshops and effectively communicating with both business and technical stakeholders.

• Capability to document and convey solution designs using Technical Design Documents, process flows, and configuration guides.

• US Citizenship is a contractual necessity.

• Must be eligible to obtain up to a Secret clearance.

• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

• Comfortable working within matrixed, cross-functional delivery teams.

• Experience in a relevant industry vertical is advantageous.

• Familiarity with Agentforce is a plus.
