This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Design, develop, test, implement, and sustain Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or other relevant Salesforce offerings.
β’ Collaborate with product, operations, sales, service, and engineering teams to grasp business requirements and convert them into scalable technical solutions.
β’ Provide architectural and solution-oriented guidance for Salesforce projects, covering data model design, automation strategies, integration patterns, security, and platform scalability.
β’ Create custom Salesforce functionalities utilizing Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, SOQL, APIs, and other platform capabilities.
β’ Assess the appropriate use of declarative tools versus custom code, emphasizing maintainability, performance, and long-term platform governance.
β’ Facilitate integrations between Salesforce and internal or external systems via REST APIs, middleware, event-driven patterns, or alternative integration methods.
β’ Engage in technical design evaluations, code assessments, release planning, and deployment activities.
β’ Diagnose production issues, ascertain root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.
β’ Contribute to the establishment and enhancement of Salesforce engineering best practices, including testing, documentation, CI/CD, environment management, and release governance.
β’ Work in conjunction with data, analytics, product, and engineering teams to ensure that Salesforce data and processes align with broader business and reporting objectives.
β’ Investigate and utilize AI-enabled tools and capabilities to boost engineering productivity, streamline business workflows, enhance automation, and improve user experience.
β’ Over 5 years of experience in Salesforce implementation, engineering, or platform development.
β’ Extensive hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, SOQL, validation rules, custom objects, permission sets, sharing rules, and Salesforce security models.
β’ Proficient in designing Salesforce solutions for intricate business processes, rather than merely executing predefined requirements.
β’ Proven ability to make informed technical decisions regarding configuration, customization, integration, scalability, and maintainability.
β’ Experience with Salesforce integrations leveraging REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, ETL tools, platform events, or similar technologies.
β’ Strong knowledge of Salesforce data modeling, automation patterns, governor limits, deployment practices, and platform limitations.
β’ Capability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
β’ Comfort in navigating ambiguous situations and providing structure to intricate business and technical challenges.
β’ Excellent problem-solving abilities, a sense of ownership, and meticulous attention to detail.
