Senior Salesforce Administrator, GTM Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete Salesforce CPQ configuration process, encompassing product rules, pricing rules, bundles, and approval workflows.

• Oversee quote-to-cash processes, including the generation of contracts and integration of e-signature solutions.

• Act as the main point of contact for end users of the CPQ system.

• Provide support through troubleshooting, enablement, and comprehensive documentation.

• Manage the intake of requirements for incoming Salesforce administrative requests.

• Collect requirements, assess complexity, and prioritize or route tasks accordingly.

• Address and resolve straightforward Salesforce configuration requests directly.

• Utilize and enhance AI-driven tools for gathering requirements, documentation, and solution scoping.

• Collaborate with Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, and other Salesforce administrators to facilitate the transition of requests from intake to resolution.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of practical experience in Salesforce Administration, specifically with CPQ configuration in a live environment.

• Salesforce Administrator certification is mandatory.

• Direct experience in Salesforce CPQ configuration, including product rules, pricing rules, bundles, and approval workflows.

• Familiarity with quote-to-cash workflows and contract/e-signature tools such as DocuSign or SpotDraft.

• Strong skills in gathering requirements and scoping projects.

• Capability to convert ambiguous requests into clear, actionable tasks.

• Proven experience managing a process from intake through to routing and prioritization.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred but not required.

• Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification or experience in CPQ implementation is a plus.

• Broader experience in Salesforce declarative configuration, including Flow, validation rules, and permission sets is advantageous.

• Experience in supporting stakeholders in Sales, Marketing Operations, or RevOps is beneficial.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted tools for gathering requirements or documentation is a plus.
