Salesforce Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage the Salesforce administrative ticket queue and backlog from start to finish, assessing complexity, prioritizing tasks, and delivering solutions for Sales Ops and cross-functional GTM stakeholders.

• Act as the primary Salesforce contact for top-of-funnel workflows, encompassing campaign infrastructure and the routing and personalization of leads/contacts.

• Develop and sustain declarative, clicks-not-code solutions utilizing Flow, validation rules, page layouts, record types, permission sets, and reports/dashboards.

• Provide daily Salesforce support to end users throughout the GTM organization.

• Utilize and enhance AI-assisted tools for requirements gathering and solution design.

• Maintain documentation and user guides for end users.

• Refer custom development, platform security, or integration requests to the relevant specialists.

• Monitor and report on the health of the backlog, including ticket volume, aging, and throughput, while identifying capacity risks.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of practical Salesforce Administration experience within a production, multi-user organization.

• Salesforce Administrator certification is mandatory.

• Proficient in declarative configuration skills with Flow, validation rules, permission sets, page layouts, record types, and reports/dashboards.

• Proven ability to manage a high-volume ticket queue, including effective prioritization and resolution.

• Experience in supporting Sales and/or Marketing Operations stakeholders in Salesforce, particularly in campaign infrastructure, routing, and lead/contact management.

• Capable of scoping and estimating work while effectively communicating realistic timelines to requesters.
