Senior Salesforce Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance the Salesforce platform

• Maintain, configure, and improve Salesforce instances, including user accounts, profiles, roles, permissions, and workflows

• Conduct routine audits, ensure data integrity, and troubleshoot issues

• Develop and modify reports, dashboards, and custom fields

• Manage Salesforce automation tools effectively

• Lead customization and implementation initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams

• Implement automation, custom objects, and integrations

• Offer training and technical support to Salesforce users

• Collect stakeholder requirements and provide customized solutions

• Advise stakeholders on the implications of requested changes

• Supervise data imports, exports, and deduplication activities

• Enforce and monitor data security protocols

• Keep abreast of Salesforce updates and recommend enhancements

• Streamline business processes and workflows utilizing Salesforce

• Provide thought leadership and uphold best practices

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator

• Salesforce Administrator Certification, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Advanced Administrator

• Advanced expertise in Salesforce Lightning and Flow

• Proficiency in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce products

• Strong grasp of Salesforce platform capabilities

• Experience in leading and executing projects with go-to-market stakeholders

• Experience with data and system migrations is highly advantageous

• Advanced knowledge of data governance principles

• Familiarity with compliance practices

• Experience in upholding security best practices

• Knowledge and practical experience with Agentforce

• Experience with complex bi-directional integrations between third-party tools and Salesforce

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent communication skills with the capacity to interpret technical concepts for a business audience

• Ability to provide end-user training and manage change effectively

• Sales Cloud Consultant and/or Salesforce Business Analyst certifications are highly desirable
