This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +6 more states.
β’ Oversee system performance: Monitor system efficiency, promptly address issues, and apply patches to ensure peak functionality.
β’ Safeguard data integrity: Conduct regular data audits, handle data migrations, and apply best practices for maintaining data hygiene and quality throughout the organization.
β’ Manage user access and security: Set up roles, permissions, and access controls to ensure data protection and adherence to information security regulations.
β’ Streamline legacy configuration: Actively identify, retire, and refine technical debt, eliminate redundant fields, outdated automations (Workflow Rules/Process Builders), and unnecessary AppExchange packages to modernize and simplify our legacy Salesforce platform.
β’ Collaborate with leadership on AI initiatives: Work together to discover and implement AI-driven opportunities (e.g., Salesforce Einstein, Prompt Builder) that enhance operational efficiency and automate repetitive tasks.
β’ Promote process automation & collaborate with the business: Actively seek opportunities to automate essential cross-functional workflows using Salesforce Flow to minimize manual effort.
β’ Oversee the development lifecycle: Manage sandbox environments and adhere to a structured release management process for designing, testing, and implementing all system modifications.
β’ Collaborate on requirements: Work with cross-functional teams to collect business requirements and convert them into scalable, best-practice Salesforce solutions.
β’ Act as the primary support contact: Troubleshoot issues reported by users and resolve system errors for stakeholders across the organization.
β’ Equip end-users: Create and provide training materials and detailed system documentation (configuration specifics, process flows) to ensure effective system usage.
β’ Lead change communication: Take charge of informing platform changes, new features, and maintenance schedules to end-users and stakeholders.
β’ 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
β’ Extensive experience supporting intricate revenue and services operations with a thorough understanding of Quote-to-Cash processes.
β’ Required proficiency with Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote).
β’ Preferred experience with Certinia (previously FinancialForce) in supporting Professional Services Automation (PSA) and/or ERP workflows.
β’ Strong working knowledge of Flow, Custom Objects, Record Types, Reports, and Dashboards.
β’ Active Salesforce Administrator Certification (Advanced Admin or CPQ Specialist is a significant advantage).
β’ Proven ability to manage system security, profiles, permission sets, and change control procedures.
β’ Extensive experience with third-party integrations and AppExchange packages.
