This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the comprehensive Salesforce experience for the sales team, including AEs, SDRs, and Sales Managers, across platforms such as ChiroTouch, RevolutionEHR, ClinicSource, and Doctible.
• Streamline page layouts, record types, and navigation to minimize clicks and facilitate the sales process for representatives.
• Cleanse legacy fields, stages, and process artifacts from the recent multi-brand Salesforce integration.
• Design and maintain dynamic forms, guided actions, and customizations in Lightning apps to present relevant information at each stage.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to convert process modifications into Salesforce configurations.
• Lead the assessment, design, and implementation of Salesforce Agentforce to automate repetitive sales tasks, including lead routing, follow-up reminders, data enrichment, and next-best-action prompts.
• Develop and configure Agentforce agents, topics, and actions that align with PracticeTek’s sales strategies and brief deal cycles.
• Identify significant automation opportunities throughout the funnel, encompassing lead qualification, demo scheduling, quote generation, and proposal follow-up.
• Integrate Agentforce with existing automation tools (Flows, Outreach sequences) to prevent duplication and ensure a unified experience.
• Measure and report on the adoption of Agentforce, time savings, and its effect on pipeline velocity.
• Manage and optimize a vast library of active Flows by auditing for redundancy, consolidating when feasible, and ensuring scalability performance.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Apex triggers while collaborating with developers on code-level modifications across a substantial codebase.
• Govern validation rules to balance data quality enforcement with sales usability.
• Transition remaining Workflow Rules and Process Builders to Flow where applicable.
• Document all automation in a centralized inventory, including business purpose, affected objects, and ownership.
• Drive data cleanliness initiatives to rectify legacy records from the multi-brand migration, addressing inconsistent stages, orphaned records, and duplicate accounts.
• Ensure that custom object data flows properly from lead creation to opportunity closure.
• Collaborate with SalesOps on funnel metrics and conversion rates by brand.
• Rationalize and consolidate numerous permission sets and profiles using permission set groups.
• Manage user provisioning, role hierarchy adjustments, and territory assignments across vertical-based sales teams.
• Ensure field-level security and sharing rules align with multi-brand data access requirements.
• Oversee sandbox environments for testing and deployment.
• A minimum of 4 years of practical Salesforce Administration experience in a sales-oriented environment, preferably within B2B SaaS.
• Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) is required; Advanced Administrator (ADM 211) is highly preferred.
• Extensive expertise in Flow Builder, with experience in building and managing complex record-triggered, screen, and autolaunched flows at scale.
• Strong grasp of Apex triggers and classes; capable of reading, troubleshooting, and collaborating with developers on code-level modifications (writing Apex from scratch is not necessary, but understanding it is essential).
• Experience managing a large, enterprise-scale Salesforce organization with a significant user base and extensive customization.
• Demonstrated ability to simplify intricate processes; passionate about minimizing clicks and enhancing system intuitiveness for sales representatives.
• Experience with custom quote/proposal workflows.
• Excellent communication skills; able to bridge the gap between sales leadership requests and technical implementations.
• Familiarity with or strong interest in Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein AI, or Copilot features (preferred).
• Platform Developer I certification or equivalent knowledge of Apex/LWC (preferred).
• Experience with Zuora billing integration, DocuSign, or other B2B SaaS tools (preferred).
• Familiarity with Outreach or similar sales engagement platforms and their Salesforce synchronization (preferred).
• Background in healthcare SaaS, practice management, or EHR software (preferred).
• Experience with multi-brand or multi-business unit Salesforce consolidation/migration projects (preferred).
• Knowledge of DLRS, Salesforce DevOps tools, and best practices for change set/metadata deployment (preferred).
