• Take ownership of the entire Salesforce organization, overseeing configuration, customization, data integrity, and platform performance.
• Design and implement solutions across Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Agentforce, Service Cloud, and/or Voice.
• Lead intricate, large-scale Salesforce implementations from initial scoping through to post-go-live optimization.
• Convert business requirements into scalable technical solutions with minimal supervision.
• Oversee user administration, permissions, flows, process automation, and system integrations.
• Enhance data quality, deduplication, and governance within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Create clear documentation, release notes, and updates for stakeholders.
• Ensure MDM and endpoint compliance standards align with IT security policies.
• Proven experience with hands-on Salesforce administration in complex, enterprise-scale settings.
• Demonstrated expertise across at least 2–3 Salesforce products: Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Agentforce, Service Cloud, Voice.
• Successful track record in delivering large-scale implementations—not limited to small business or solo-admin setups.
• Capability to work independently and manage competing priorities without daily supervision.
• Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) is mandatory; additional certifications are highly valued.
• Excellent written and spoken English with a professional communication style suitable for stakeholder interactions.
• Must possess prior remote work experience, be proficient with remote collaboration tools and platforms (such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and have ideally worked with companies based in the US or UK. Applications lacking this experience will not be considered.
