πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Take ownership of Salesforce administration from start to finish: Ensure our CRM instance remains healthy, dependable, and ready for processes. Create and document technical solutions for specified business needs, carry out configuration and customization, conduct user testing, and maintain documentation on workflows, processes, and training materials so the entire GTM organization can operate with confidence.

β€’ Ensure data integrity and cleanliness: Oversee and maintain data accuracy across systems by executing data imports, fulfilling ad hoc data requests, merging duplicate records, and confirming proper account and contact ownership β€” so every representative, CSM, and leader is working from a unified source of truth.

β€’ Oversee security, access, and pipeline governance: Manage user profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, sharing rules, and security settings to guarantee that the right individuals have the appropriate level of access. Concurrently enforce deal hygiene standards, support pricing and discount approval processes, and uphold consistent pipeline governance across the revenue organization.

β€’ Spearhead release management and process enhancement: Strategize, test, and implement changes across sandbox and production environments with minimal disruption. Collaborate with the GTM Ops team to pinpoint automation opportunities, eliminate repetitive manual tasks, and continuously enhance the systems and processes our teams depend on daily.

β€’ Serve as the initial point of contact for GTM operational concerns: Investigate production errors, determine root causes, and direct issues to the appropriate teams with clear context to facilitate quick resolution. Provide ad hoc reporting assistance for GTM leadership, train CRM users on new processes and workflows, and act as a trusted partner to stakeholders across the business.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Proficient in English (both written and verbal): You communicate clearly and professionally with internal stakeholders and external partners, and can simplify complex operational details into straightforward, actionable language.

β€’ Over 3 years of Salesforce administration experience: You possess hands-on experience in designing, building, and maintaining Salesforce within a SaaS environment. A Salesforce Certified Administrator credential is highly preferred; knowledge of Salesforce CPQ and familiarity with Apex or Lightning Component development are significant differentiators.

β€’ Familiar with the GTM tech stack: You are at ease working with sales enablement and revenue tools such as Outreach, Gong, Apollo, DocuSign, Clay, and HubSpot β€” and understand how they integrate with Salesforce to facilitate the complete revenue motion.

β€’ Knowledgeable about enterprise SaaS sales processes: You comprehend how intricate B2B deals progress from lead to closure, what renewal and expansion motions entail, and why clean data and reliable systems are critical at every stage. Experience in supporting Revenue Operations or Deal Desk functions is a considerable advantage.

β€’ Highly organized and detail-oriented: You can handle multiple projects, stakeholder requests, and production issues concurrently without sacrificing accuracy or quality. You maintain a high standard of ownership and excel in a fast-paced, rapidly-evolving environment where deadlines are real.

β€’ An effective communicator and cross-functional collaborator: You can translate technical solutions into simple language for non-technical stakeholders, build trust with teams across Sales, CS, Finance, and Legal, and proactively share context to ensure alignment. Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is mandatory.
