Senior Salesforce Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Provide dependable, high-quality support for Salesforce and associated applications.

• Offer expert knowledge in the configuration, upkeep, optimization, and strategic enhancement of the Salesforce platform and related applications.

• Act as a subject matter expert, guiding complex system initiatives and advising on architectural choices.

• Oversee system performance, investigate intricate issues, drive system enhancements, and manage the testing and implementation of modifications.

• Partner with business and technical stakeholders.

• Guide junior team members.

• Make substantial contributions to continuous improvement, governance, and best practices within an agile framework.

• Direct the configuration, optimization, and governance of Salesforce, including advanced Flows, intricate automation, and integrations.

• Diagnose and resolve highly complex issues.

• Design and implement scalable solutions that support enterprise-level business processes.

• Contribute to and uphold standards for documentation, architecture, governance, and change management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• Over 5 years of experience in Salesforce administration or a related field.

• Salesforce Platform Administrator Certification is preferred.

• Advanced Salesforce certification preferred (e.g., Administrator II, Platform App Builder).

• Experience leading complex Salesforce initiatives in a healthcare or enterprise setting.

• Strong analytical, architectural, and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in advanced automation (Flows, Apex fundamentals, system integrations).

• Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills; capable of handling multiple priorities.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience working within an agile methodology.
