Senior Salesforce Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.

📋 Description

• Oversee the configuration and enhancement of essential Sales and Service Cloud functionalities.

• Collaborate closely with business teams and the AMS partner to collect requirements.

• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) by planning, coordinating, and resolving issues.

• Act as the primary administrator for Salesforce, addressing incidents and troubleshooting problems.

• Manage and fulfill enhancement requests, including configuration modifications and automation updates.

• Serve as a platform steward, advocating for best practices and standardization.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce administration within enterprise settings.

• Extensive knowledge of the capabilities of Sales and Service Cloud.

• Demonstrated experience in supporting both project implementations and production support environments.

• Understanding of integrations and upstream/downstream systems (ERP, marketing automation, etc.).

• Acquainted with UAT processes and adept at working within a structured release cycle.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across diverse cultures and regions, coupled with a customer-service orientation.

• Salesforce Administrator certification is mandatory; Advanced Admin and/or Sales or Service Cloud Consultant certifications are highly desirable.
