This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee the continuous optimization, governance, and support of our Salesforce environment.
• Collaborate closely with both business and technical stakeholders to convert requirements into scalable platform solutions.
• Enhance user experience and adoption while safeguarding the security, integrity, and performance of the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Act as the primary subject matter expert for the platform and promote ongoing improvement throughout the organization.
• Provide mentorship to junior administrators and members of the business systems team as necessary.
• Administer, configure, and maintain the Salesforce platform, which includes managing users, profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules, page layouts, custom objects, fields, validation rules, and flows.
• Design, develop, and optimize automations using Flow, approval processes, and other declarative tools to minimize manual tasks and enhance efficiency.
• Create and sustain reports, dashboards, and analytics that provide actionable insights to leadership and business teams.
• Lead the planning of releases, manage sandbox environments, coordinate testing, support deployments, and oversee change management activities.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, resolve user support requests, and promote continuous platform enhancement.
• Work together with technical teams on system integrations, security controls, and platform improvements.
• Develop documentation, training materials, and user enablement programs to boost adoption and enhance the overall Salesforce experience.
• Keep up-to-date with Salesforce releases and suggest enhancements that align with business objectives and platform best practices.
• Over 10 years of experience in Salesforce administration within complex, enterprise-level environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Extensive knowledge of Salesforce configuration, security models, data management, reporting, dashboards, and automation.
• Strong hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud; experience with additional Salesforce products is advantageous.
• Proven ability to gather requirements, manage competing priorities, and deliver scalable business solutions.
• Experience in supporting integrations, data migration tasks, and managing cross-functional system dependencies.
• Strong understanding of release management, sandbox strategies, testing, and change control processes.
• Experience in training users and promoting Salesforce adoption across various teams.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Working knowledge of Experience Cloud, marketing automation tools, or third-party integration platforms is preferred.
• Basic understanding of SOQL, Apex, or API-based integrations to facilitate collaboration with developers and technical teams is preferred.
• Experience with Lightning Experience, Flow optimization, data governance frameworks, and AppExchange solutions is preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and business systems governance practices is preferred.
• Salesforce Administrator certification is required; Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other relevant Salesforce certifications are strongly preferred.
