This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Act as the senior administrator and developer for Anova's integrated Salesforce environment.
• Oversee the configuration, custom development, releases, and overall platform health of Salesforce.
• Spearhead the development and continuous enhancement of Revenue Cloud.
• Improve end-to-end sales workflows in collaboration with Sales Operations.
• Manage integrations between Salesforce and various systems including marketing automation, ERP, order management, billing, customer support, operational, document generation, and eSignature solutions.
• Supervise releases across a multi-tier sandbox environment utilizing Git-based source control and ticket-driven tracking.
• Lead testing, deployment, and provide post-release support.
• Promote data quality, governance, and migration initiatives.
• Direct the onboarding process for new business units, regions, and acquisitions onto the Salesforce platform.
• Convert stakeholder requirements into scalable solutions.
• Minimize reliance on external implementation partners.
• Mentor and serve as the technical lead for current Salesforce administrators and developers.
• Establish technical standards, review team contributions, and enhance team capabilities.
• A minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce administration and/or development.
• At least 2 years at a senior level managing a complex Salesforce instance across multiple business units.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Revenue Cloud, including product catalog, price books, contracts, and order management.
• Eagerness to expand expertise in Revenue Cloud while on the job.
• Proficient in declarative Salesforce skills: Flows, validation rules, permission sets, sharing rules, page layouts, and approval processes.
• Practical experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and REST/Bulk API.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with at least one ERP system and one marketing automation platform.
• Familiarity with multi-tier sandbox releases, Git-based source control, and ticket-driven release management.
• Salesforce Administrator certification is required.
• Excellent English communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud implementation or administration is strongly preferred.
• Preferred certifications include Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, Advanced Administrator, App Builder, or Revenue Cloud Consultant.
• Experience supporting iterative, multi-release Salesforce programs in partnership with external implementation teams is preferred.
• Familiarity with M&A processes and onboarding into Salesforce is preferred.
• Knowledge of IT control frameworks and Salesforce audit-readiness practices is preferred.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
