Senior Sales Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Dakota.

📋 Description

• Assist designated Account Executives with post-sales activities

• Create quote configurations using the Cisco Configuration Tool and generate purchase orders in SAP

• Liaise with partners, vendors, and suppliers to verify product pricing and availability

• Collaborate with logistics and purchasing teams to provide customers and implementation teams with tracking information

• Support RFQ entry and RFP documentation processes

• Generate and submit expense reports

• Manage and document returned materials

• Compile aging and commission reports

• Strong commitment to customer service and exceptional telephone skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required

• Experience with SAP is preferred

• Highly organized with a proactive approach

• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic, high-pressure environment
