This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +2 more states.
• Expand the Autodesk Tandem and Autodesk Operations Solutions business within your region by executing your business plan and growth strategies to meet personal sales goals and team revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new inbound leads while also recognizing, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities among existing Autodesk clients, collaborating with Autodesk teams across our target industries and segments.
• Work closely with Customer Success to create customer growth plans, ensuring effective adoption and sustained use of Tandem.
• Conduct customer presentations and product demonstrations that are engaging and informative in various formats.
• Utilize value-based selling techniques to showcase measurable solutions through customized presentations for clients.
• Meet and aim to surpass quarterly and annual sales objectives, providing precise forecasts to leadership using CRM tools and sales methodologies.
• Collaborate with internal subject matter experts, marketing, solution partners, and product teams to translate customer challenges into solutions that Tandem can address.
• Travel to customer locations and participate in Executive Briefings, as well as attend and support trade shows and events as required.
• BA/BS in Business or a related field; experience in Factory, AEC, Facility Operations, or Smart Building is advantageous.
• Over 5 years of experience in selling SaaS technology to both enterprise and mid-market clients.
• Skilled in storytelling to create and deliver persuasive presentations centered on customer value.
• Experience working collaboratively with globally distributed direct and indirect sales teams.
• Outstanding communication, reporting, and interpersonal abilities, capable of building partnerships internally and externally across various organizational levels and functional areas.
• Recognized collaborator with strong negotiation and consensus-building skills.
• Highly organized, execution-oriented, accountable, detail-focused, adaptable, and driven.
• Previous experience on a geographically distributed team with the ability and willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
• Proficient in Salesforce and other CRM technologies.
