This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Taiwan.
• Operate within the designated sales territory to achieve or surpass monthly and year-end sales goals in both units and revenue.
• Keep management updated on market dynamics, competitive landscapes, regulatory shifts, and related activities.
• Strategically plan and establish the most efficient call cycle for the territory.
• Set objectives for sales calls in advance and evaluate outcomes post-call to enhance productivity.
• Report on competitive actions and customer behaviors to refine territory management.
• Organize and maintain territory documentation and provide timely reports to the sales manager.
• Control expenses to maximize the profitability of the assigned territory.
• Conduct specialized sales presentations utilizing professional sales and negotiation techniques.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with customers, colleagues, and distributors.
• Enhance and maintain knowledge of products, industry trends, and competition.
• Collaborate with the sales manager, product supervisor, and customer service representatives to boost efficiency and implement promotional initiatives.
• Support the overarching goals of the business unit alongside personal objectives.
• Undertake special projects as necessary.
• Bachelor's degree, ideally in business or a biotechnology-related field.
• At least 3 years of sales experience.
• 1–2 years in sales force management, preferably with multinational corporation experience.
• Strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and sensitivity in building relationships.
• High attention to detail.
• Robust negotiation capabilities for dealing with challenging customers.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
• Charismatic personality with a strong ability to build relationships.
• Strong presentation and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in managing budgets and expenses, as well as executing marketing strategies.
• Proven ability to work effectively with a diverse clientele.
• 2 years of experience in self-pay pharmaceuticals or medical devices that meet the qualification criteria.
