This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Taiwan.
• Operate within the designated sales territory to achieve or surpass monthly and annual sales goals in both units and value.
• Keep management updated on market trends, competitive landscape, regulatory changes, and ongoing activities.
• Develop and implement the most efficient territory call schedule.
• Set call objectives prior to each sales visit and conduct post-call evaluations to enhance effectiveness.
• Report on competitive actions and customer behaviors to optimize territory management.
• Organize and maintain territory documentation and provide timely reports to the sales manager.
• Control expenses to enhance the profitability of the assigned territory.
• Deliver specialized sales presentations utilizing professional sales and negotiation techniques.
• Establish and nurture relationships with customers, colleagues, and distributors.
• Stay informed about product offerings, industry trends, and competitive dynamics.
• Collaborate with the sales manager, product supervisor, and customer service officer to boost efficiency and roll out promotional initiatives.
• Contribute to overall business-unit goals and undertake special projects as required.
• Bachelor’s degree, ideally in business or a biotechnology-related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
• 1–2 years in sales force management, preferably with multinational corporation (MNC) experience.
• Strong analytical abilities and strategic thinking skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Proficient negotiation skills for managing challenging customers.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Excellent presentation and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in budget management and executing marketing strategies.
• At least 2 years of experience in self-pay pharmaceuticals or medical devices, meeting the qualification criteria.
