This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.
• Proactively identify, develop, and close new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling.
• Ensure accurate forecasting and maintain disciplined pipeline management practices.
• Conduct structured discovery meetings that emphasize measurable business outcomes.
• Effectively communicate customer value and position solutions to meet identified challenges.
• Acquire and apply comprehensive knowledge of assigned solutions, aligning their capabilities with customer workflows and use cases.
• Collaborate to create and implement account growth strategies alongside Account Representatives (ARs).
• Recognize expansion opportunities across various personas, teams, and business units.
• Manage internal resources, including technical specialists and partners, to progress opportunities through evaluation, negotiation, and closure.
• Assertively present solutions in competitive selling situations and address customer concerns.
• Engage and empower partners to facilitate customer adoption, renewals, and expansion efforts.
• 3–5 years of experience in inside sales, account management, or a quota-carrying B2B sales position.
• Proven experience managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
• Established record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Experience in selling technology, software, or SaaS solutions in a consultative sales environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
• Strong understanding of solution capabilities and their practical business applications.
• Technical expertise to address most customer inquiries with little supervision.
• Capability to independently implement sales and growth strategies within a defined scope.
• Demonstrated value discovery skills, including conversations focused on ROI.
• Consistent achievement of quotas through proactive management of opportunities.
• Advanced storytelling abilities and persuasive communication that align with customer priorities.
• Negotiation skills that facilitate standard commercial discussions and contribute to more complex agreements.
