• Expand the Autodesk Tandem and Autodesk Operations Solutions business within your designated territory.
• Identify and pursue new inbound leads while also recognizing opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to create customer growth strategies.
• Conduct customer presentations and product demonstrations effectively.
• Utilize value-based selling techniques to illustrate measurable solutions.
• Achieve and aim to surpass sales targets while providing accurate forecasts using CRM tools.
• Work alongside internal subject matter experts, marketing, and product teams to convert customer challenges into viable solutions.
• Travel to customer locations and engage in trade shows and events as necessary.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
• Over 5 years of experience selling SaaS technology to both enterprise-level and mid-market clients.
• Skilled in storytelling to create and deliver engaging presentations centered on customer value.
• Experience working with globally distributed direct and indirect sales teams.
• Outstanding communication, reporting, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong team player with exceptional negotiation and consensus-building abilities.
• Highly organized, execution-oriented, accountable, detail-focused, adaptable, and driven.
• Previous experience on a geographically distributed team with a willingness and ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
• Proficient in Salesforce and other CRM technologies.
