
Senior Sales Representative – Superficial Venous Interventions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Expand sales and increase market share within a designated territory by promoting, selling, and servicing Superficial Venous Intervention (SVI) products.
• Foster business growth by proactively developing new accounts and enhancing therapy adoption of the VenaSeal and Closure System product line throughout the continuum of care for Venous Disease.
• Provide training to medical staff on product features and procedural applications.
• Fulfill expectations set forth by Sales Management.
• Regularly meet and surpass Annual Operating Plan (AOP), sales budget, and account development goals.
• Formulate and implement a precise and ongoing sales strategy to meet sales targets.
• Engage in sales prospecting targeting General/Vascular Surgeons, Interventional Radiologists, Interventional Cardiologists, and other physicians involved in treating venous disease.
• Identify potential opportunities within existing and prospective customer bases; devise and execute sales strategies to stimulate business growth and improve account penetration.
• Track significant market trends and competitive intelligence, updating sales management with pertinent data or changes.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with key decision-makers, customers, and their teams, including administrators.
• Conduct all business interactions with customers in a manner that complies with ethical standards, compliance guidelines, and FDA regulations.
• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales or healthcare sales.
• Experience in medical devices, capital equipment sales, surgical sales, and/or pharmaceuticals is essential.
• Familiarity with operating room, hospital, and physician’s office protocols and conduct is required.
• Strong verbal and listening communication skills are necessary.
• Capability to instruct and educate medical personnel, colleagues, and technical support staff.
• Proven ability to work independently and deliver results.
• Proficient in PC usage.
• Willingness to travel, including potential overnight trips, is required.
