
Senior Sales Representative, Peripheral

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Take ownership and expand the Teleflex Peripheral Vascular business within the designated territory.
• Meet or surpass quarterly and annual revenue objectives.
• Cultivate, sustain, and enhance a sales pipeline spanning hospitals, ASCs, and outpatient vascular/IR centers.
• Focus on high-potential accounts for resource allocation.
• Conduct product demonstrations, clinical in-services, and educational events.
• Establish and nurture relationships with physician KOLs, nursing staff, administration, and procurement decision-makers.
• Provide procedural case coverage and technical assistance to guarantee first-case success and ongoing account management.
• Initiate new accounts and keep track of competitive activities.
• Examine account-level trends and craft strategies to protect and enhance market position.
• Oversee CRM usage, expense reporting, sample/inventory management, and compliance obligations.
• Travel around 50% within the designated territory.
• 3–5+ years of experience in medical device or healthcare sales, or a comparable clinical RT/RN background.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in peripheral vascular, structural heart, AAA, or interventional sales is highly regarded.
• Established relationships with interventional radiologists, vascular surgeons, or cardiovascular programs are a significant advantage.
• Clinical understanding of peripheral vascular disease, endovascular procedures, and vascular access.
• Ability to credibly discuss anatomy and techniques with proceduralists.
• Demonstrated clinical knowledge of peripheral vascular disease and capability to mentor peers.
• Strong collaboration skills across multifunctional teams.
• Consultative sales abilities, including strategic account planning, VAC navigation, and value-based selling.
• Excellent organizational and time-management capabilities.
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital presentation tools.
• Capacity to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to stand and walk in large hospitals for 6–10 hours per day.
• Must obtain and maintain active vendor credentials such as RepTrax or Vendormate.
• Capable of working in sterile clinical settings and adhering to hospital safety and dress-code regulations.
• Ability to use a lead apron in fluoroscopy-active areas where necessary.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50%.
