This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Create a business plan for the designated territory
• Deliver effective sales presentations to all targeted clients
• Meet quarterly sales objectives within the assigned territory
• Comprehend and demonstrate principles of targeting
• Formulate a pre-call planning strategy for key prospects
• Establish positive and engaging relationships with colleagues and clients
• Maintain high levels of productivity in calls and field activities
• Collect and use information to implement targeted strategies
• Utilize the sample program and promotional materials to enhance physician awareness
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries
• Actively seek opportunities for continuous learning and professional growth
• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree
• At least 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare product sales
• Proven business acumen
• Demonstrated success in influencing and negotiation skills
• Exceptional oral and written communication abilities
• Strong verbal, interpersonal, and listening skills
• Proven capability to work independently as well as collaboratively
• Willingness to travel throughout the territory (may include overnight travel)
• Must live within the designated territory
• Valid Driver's License and a satisfactory driving record are required
