This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Increase Software License and Services Orders for Industrial Software within designated accounts.
• Meet or surpass annual order goals in enterprise accounts.
• Oversee the complete sales process to ensure compliance with key performance indicators, emphasizing new business development while also enhancing the existing customer base.
• Thoroughly understand the technology landscape, strategic growth objectives, technology strategies, and competitive environment of assigned accounts.
• Achieve consistent results by effectively utilizing a sales team, including sales engineers, client engagement managers, delivery teams, product teams, and strategy teams.
• Spearhead the creation and implementation of account plans and stakeholder mapping, addressing stakeholder needs and challenges.
• Streamline sales cycles through value-based solution selling techniques, focusing on business case development, ROI, and desired business outcomes.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Over 5 years of experience in software sales (SAAS).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience selling enterprise software solutions to IT/Operations decision-makers.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
• Experience in the Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, Biotechnology, or related industries.
• Proven success in engaging C-level executives for solution selling, building peer relationships, articulating strategic visions, and closing deals with business and IT/Operations leaders.
• Familiarity with the client’s purchasing and decision-making processes; demonstrated ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels and influence key decision-makers.
• Knowledge of integrated operations, functional architectures, financial models, and the impact of technology, with the ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Strategic mindset with the capability to drive sales performance enhancements.
• Strong business insight and understanding of market dynamics.
• Commitment to continuous learning and adaptability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools and Salesforce.
