This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Formulates and implements a precise and ongoing sales strategy to meet sales targets.
• Engages in sales prospecting targeting General/Vascular Surgeons, Interventional Radiologists, Interventional Cardiologists, and other medical doctors addressing venous diseases.
• Recognizes opportunities within both existing and potential customer bases; develops and executes sales tactics to enhance business growth and account engagement, including hospitals, surgical centers, and physician offices as necessary.
• Educates medical personnel on product offerings and procedural applications.
• Efficiently manages expenses to foster business growth while adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Expands the business by proactively acquiring new accounts and promoting the adoption of the VenaSeal and Closure System product range throughout the continuum of care for venous diseases.
• Persuades key decision-makers, customers, and their teams to promote business and therapy adoption.
• A Bachelor’s degree is necessary, along with a minimum of 5 years of B2B sales or healthcare sales experience.
• Experience in medical devices, capital equipment sales, surgical sales, and/or pharmaceuticals is preferred.
• A degree in biological sciences or business is advantageous.
• Must fulfill hospital vendor compliance standards.
• Familiarity with operating room, hospital, and physician office protocols and conduct.
• Capability to instruct and inform medical staff, colleagues, and technical support teams.
• Proven track record of working autonomously and achieving results.
• Strong presentation abilities.
• Skills in business planning.
• Proficient in PC usage.
• Demonstrated ability to adopt technology and applications (e.g., iPAD, SalesForce.com) for an effective sales experience.
• Willingness to travel, including potential overnight trips.
• Past performance in the top 10% of sales, achieving President’s Club or equivalent recognition.
