• Increase sales and market presence within a designated territory by promoting, selling, and servicing Superficial Venous Intervention (SVI) products.
• Expand business by proactively developing new accounts and facilitating the adoption of the VenaSeal and Closure System product range across the entire care continuum for Venous Disease.
• Educate medical personnel on products and their application.
• Regularly achieve and surpass Annual Operating Plan (AOP), sales budget, and account development objectives (Quarter-over-Quarter and Year-over-Year).
• Recognize opportunities within the current and prospective customer base; create and execute sales strategies to foster business growth and enhance account penetration.
• Ensure comprehensive coverage of all accounts within the territorial geographic areas to maintain optimal exposure, efficient time management, and territory coverage effectiveness.
• Manage expenses effectively to promote business growth while adhering to company policies and procedures.
• A Bachelor's degree is required, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales or healthcare sales.
• Proven sales experience in medical devices, capital equipment sales, surgical sales, and/or pharmaceuticals.
• Ability to meet hospital vendor compliance standards.
• Experience in business-to-business sales.
• Familiarity and experience with operating room, hospital, and physician office protocols and conduct.
• Capability to instruct and inform medical staff, peers, and technical support personnel.
• Proficient in PC usage.
• Proven ability to adopt technology and applications (e.g., iPAD, SalesForce.com) to enhance the selling experience.
• Must be open to travel, with potential overnight travel required.
• Demonstrated top 10% past performance, such as being part of the President’s Club or equivalent recognition.
