
Senior Sales Rep – Superficial Venous Interventions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Increase sales and market presence for a designated territory by promoting, selling, and servicing Superficial Venous Intervention (SVI) products.
• Expand the business by actively securing new accounts and encouraging therapy adoption of the VenaSeal and Closure System product portfolio throughout the continuum of care for venous disease.
• Provide training to medical personnel on products and procedures.
• Fulfill expectations set forth by Sales Management.
• Regularly meet and surpass AOP, sales budget, and account development goals (QoQ and YoY).
• Create and implement a precise and ongoing sales strategy to meet sales targets.
• Conduct sales prospecting targeting General/Vascular Surgeons, Interventional Radiologists, Interventional Cardiologists, and other MDs involved in treating venous disease.
• Recognize opportunities within both existing and potential customer bases; formulate and execute sales strategies to enhance business growth and account penetration, including hospitals, surgery centers, and physician offices as appropriate.
• Utilize TAP programs and CVG Collaboration opportunities to foster business growth.
• Efficiently manage expenses to promote business growth while adhering to company policies and procedures.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required, accompanied by over 5 years of B2B sales or healthcare sales experience.
• Experience in the sales of medical devices, capital equipment, surgical sales, and/or pharmaceuticals is preferred.
• A degree in biological science or business is preferable.
• Must be able to comply with hospital vendor requirements.
• Familiarity and experience with operating room, hospital, and physician’s office protocols and conduct.
• Exceptional verbal and listening abilities.
• Capability to educate and instruct medical staff, peers, and technical support teams.
• Proven ability to work independently and achieve results.
• Proficiency in PC-based computing.
• Proven ability to adopt technology and applications (e.g., iPAD, SalesForce.com) to enhance the selling experience.
• Must be open to travel, with some overnight trips potentially required.
