This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage a complete desk of GTM/Sales/Marketing Executive searches at Cobalt, utilizing a comprehensive executive recruiting toolkit.
• Lead executive searches from start to finish, including role definition and offer negotiation, while ensuring an exceptional experience for both hiring managers and candidates.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to gain a thorough understanding of their leadership requirements, business context, and team dynamics, providing strategic hiring advice and market insights.
• Create and implement targeted sourcing strategies to establish and maintain enduring relationships with hard-to-reach talent pools, keeping an active network of potential candidates and industry leaders.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and candidates, adeptly managing complex stakeholder relationships with diplomacy and effective communication.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Over 2 years of executive recruiting experience, ideally with a focus on critical GTM or sales leadership roles. Experience in private equity-backed or highly acquisitive organizations is a significant advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives.
• Comprehensive understanding of executive search methodologies and leadership team dynamics.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven track record of identifying candidates who surpass expectations and achieve long-term success.
• Resourceful and proactive; willing to take initiative and complete tasks effectively.
• Experience with or a deep respect for the trades.
