This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Evaluate sales performance metrics to uncover trends, predict outcomes, and generate actionable insights for Sales, Finance, and executive leadership.
• Create, develop, and manage sales dashboards and reports for representatives, managers, and executives.
• Take ownership of account and territory assignments, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data.
• Assist in annual and ongoing sales planning, including adjustments to quotas and territories.
• Collaborate with FP&A and Analytics teams to construct data models and SQL transformations.
• Work alongside CRM administration to convert business requirements into effective data structures.
• Aid in sales forecasting by supplying accurate data sets and analysis.
• Track essential sales KPIs and pinpoint opportunities for enhancing performance.
• Diagnose and enhance data connectors and BI assets in collaboration with Analytics/Data teams.
• Prepare polished presentations and summaries for senior leadership.
• Foster robust cross-functional relationships with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and other departments.
• Over 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, data analysis, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; adept at working with large, complex data sets and navigating ambiguous challenges.
• Proficient in CRM platforms (Salesforce is required; HubSpot is a plus), including reporting and fundamental configuration concepts.
• Skilled in SQL for querying and validating data from various sources.
• Experience with business intelligence/data visualization tools (e.g., Sigma, Tableau, Power BI); capable of developing and refining dashboards and reports.
• Solid grasp of sales processes and sales performance metrics.
• High attention to detail with a strong focus on data quality, governance, and reproducible reporting.
• Excellent communication abilities, capable of translating technical or analytical insights into clear, business-oriented narratives.
• Proven track record of managing multiple priorities and stakeholders in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
• Experience collaborating closely with FP&A, Analytics, and/or Data teams on shared models, dashboards, and financial reporting is highly preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 5 days per quarter.
