Senior Data and Business Intelligence Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Manage the strategy and ownership of data-driven decision-making across credit products, sales, business strategy, and finance.

• Lead KRI processes, which include limit setting, model development, and scenario analysis to facilitate proactive credit risk management.

• Oversee and administer regular BI and reporting routines associated with credit risk, ensuring precision, promptness, and adherence to compliance standards.

• Serve as the main BI liaison for credit products, sales, business strategy, and finance teams.

• Supervise the creation and delivery of dashboards, reports, and analytics that aid in credit risk monitoring and informed strategic decision-making.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and reporting standards in all credit risk documentation processes.

• Mentor and coach BI analysts, promoting development in business understanding and process excellence.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (4 years or equivalent) in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.

• Over 10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Credit Risk reporting.

• Strong grasp of credit risk principles and financial products.

• Demonstrated experience in managing reporting processes and operational workflows.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Proficiency with BI tools (such as Power BI, Tableau, etc.) and capability to analyze data for business relevance.
