This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Develop, guide, and manage a team of Business Intelligence professionals and data engineers.

• Establish and implement the BI roadmap in alignment with the organization's objectives.

• Ensure adherence to data governance, quality, and security standards.

• Facilitate the integration of both structured and unstructured data sources into BI solutions.

• Collaborate with business leaders to comprehend their requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related areas.

• Proven track record in building and managing BI teams successfully.

• Proficient in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Qlik.

• Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and DataMart design.

• Knowledge of AI/ML solutions and their implementation in BI contexts.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.

• Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
