This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Define and implement the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Business Intelligence products and analytics initiatives.
β’ Collaborate with stakeholders to pinpoint reporting needs, gather requirements, and prioritize enhancements based on business value and customer impact.
β’ Oversee and prioritize the Business Intelligence product backlog while balancing technical constraints, customer expectations, and organizational goals.
β’ Partner with operations, development, and client success teams to guarantee the successful delivery of reporting and analytics solutions.
β’ Establish and uphold standardized reports, dashboards, and KPIs that foster operational excellence across various business units.
β’ Create reporting frameworks that facilitate cross-client benchmarking while accommodating individual customer needs.
β’ Identify and apply best practices, insights, and reporting innovations obtained from internal teams and client partnerships.
β’ Lead initiatives to enhance predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and proactive reporting capabilities that help uncover trends, risks, and opportunities.
β’ Communicate product updates, roadmap priorities, and reporting enhancements to internal stakeholders and customers.
β’ Advocate for data-driven decision-making by providing meaningful insights that bolster business growth and operational performance.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
β’ 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Product Management, or a similar role within healthcare revenue cycle management.
β’ Strong comprehension of revenue cycle management metrics, reporting standards, and industry benchmarks.
β’ Experience managing product initiatives from conception to implementation.
β’ Proven capability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including operations, development, and client-facing groups.
β’ Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
β’ Experience in translating business needs into actionable reporting and product requirements.
β’ Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple teams and priorities.
