Freelance Trainer – Controlling & Business Intelligence, Power BI, AI Tools

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• In your role as a freelance trainer specializing in Controlling & Business Intelligence, utilizing Power BI and AI tools, you will be accountable for the educational success and motivation of our participants.

• You will foster active participation with the learning materials and their practical implementation.

• You will encourage group discussions about the concepts they have learned through innovative methods.

• You will inspire participants and maintain a positive atmosphere for both learning and working.

• You will oversee the individual completion of assignments as part of project work.

• You will assess the project work.

• You will assist in the (further) development of the product or offering.

• You will conduct training sessions from your home office (remote).

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in Controlling & Business Intelligence.

• Comprehensive knowledge in the fields of Controlling & Business Intelligence.

• A degree in business administration, controlling, business informatics, or a related field, along with professional experience in at least one of the following areas: AI fundamentals in reporting; Business Intelligence: data analysis & visualization; Business Intelligence: forecasting & scenario planning; Business Intelligence: automating reporting & detecting anomalies; understanding & evaluating processes with AI; Self-Service Business Intelligence.

• Proficiency with the primary tool: Power BI.

• Experience with the following tool is advantageous: Microsoft Excel.

• Capability to effectively use generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot in Excel) to enhance work processes.
