This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Oversee and enhance the global sales operations framework.
• Propel operational excellence by refining processes, managing forecasting and reporting, optimizing CRM and sales tools, and facilitating scalable revenue growth.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to establish and implement sales operational strategies.
• Assist in annual planning, territory design, quota distribution, and capacity modeling.
• Create and uphold scalable sales processes.
• Manage sales forecasting processes and ensure pipeline accuracy.
• Generate dashboards and reports to track performance metrics.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and propose process enhancements.
• Act as the business owner for CRM platforms.
• Work alongside Finance on revenue planning and reporting.
• Facilitate onboarding and training for sales tools and operational workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Over 7 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations within a B2B technology firm.
• Extensive experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Demonstrated expertise in sales forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management.
• Advanced analytical capabilities with strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.).
• Experience collaborating with senior sales leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management and process optimization abilities.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in fast-paced SaaS, enterprise technology, or data center/cooling infrastructure environments (preferred).
• Knowledge of CPQ, ERP integrations, and sales compensation tools (preferred).
• Experience in managing global sales operations processes (preferred).
• An MBA or related advanced degree is an advantage (preferred).
