• Increase pipeline and forecast precision by fostering consistent opportunity management, clarifying stage definitions, and instituting inspection routines.
• Optimize Salesforce functionality for the team by enhancing data quality, mandatory fields, workflows, and dashboards tailored to long-cycle project sales.
• Facilitate seamless execution across the ecosystem by bridging connections among sales teams, owner-direct engagements, contractor-led projects, and distributor fulfillment.
• Develop practical tools and playbooks (such as pursuit plans, stakeholder maps, deal checklists, and handoff templates) to minimize friction and boost seller productivity.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to eliminate bottlenecks in pricing, approvals, terms, and execution handoffs.
• Transform lessons learned into best practices via win/loss reviews and project retrospectives, subsequently translating these insights into process enhancements and enablement.
• Work alongside team members to absorb and coordinate operational tasks as business needs evolve, ensuring continuity during periods of team load balancing.
• Provide backup support for essential sales operations processes, reporting, and management of operating cadence across the wider team as required.
• Lead or assist in special projects aimed at enhancing commercial execution, operational efficiency, and cross-functional alignment.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales or Sales Operations (or a similar role) within a B2B sales organization.
• Demonstrated experience in establishing and managing operating rhythms, pipeline governance, and forecasting for complex, long-cycle opportunities.
• Proficient in Salesforce/CRM functionalities (including opportunity management, reporting/dashboards, data governance, and process improvement).
• Comfortable working across various selling motions: owner, contractor/EPC/GC, and distribution/channel.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities—capable of transforming disorganized inputs into clear actions, dashboards, and decisions.
• Skilled in influencing and driving adoption without direct authority (leading through structure, clarity, and partnership).
• Experience in data centers, construction, industrial/infrastructure, or other project-oriented sales environments.
• Comprehensive medical, dental, life, vision, and disability insurance, alongside a 401(k) plan, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement, in addition to various programs and benefits that support your overall well-being.
