This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and implement the Revenue Enablement strategy that aligns with business priorities, revenue targets, and go-to-market objectives.
• Oversee the enablement function, which includes governance, operational rhythms, service delivery, prioritization, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with executive and cross-functional leaders to enhance seller productivity, pipeline performance, conversion rates, retention, and revenue expansion.
• Spearhead enablement initiatives for key programs such as sales methodology adoption, account management, process transformation, technology deployment, and organizational change.
• Create adoption plans that incorporate communication, coaching, managerial reinforcement, measurement, and feedback mechanisms.
• Provide frontline managers with coaching frameworks, inspection routines, and operational cadences.
• Promote AI-enabled and technology-supported workflows.
• Set standards for onboarding, continuous learning, content governance, sales playbooks, and knowledge management.
• Define and assess metrics for adoption, proficiency, productivity, pipeline quality, conversion rates, deal velocity, and revenue impact.
• Lead, nurture, and expand a high-performing enablement team.
• Over 10 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, Revenue Operations, Sales Effectiveness, GTM Strategy, or a related discipline.
• More than 5 years of leadership experience managing teams, programs, or functions with an enterprise-wide impact.
• Proven track record in developing scalable operating models, governance processes, and performance management practices.
• Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into action and achieve measurable improvements in adoption, productivity, and revenue outcomes.
• Strong understanding of sales methodologies, coaching techniques, account management, onboarding, and change adoption practices.
• Experience in influencing executive stakeholders and leading cross-functional projects.
• Excellent analytical, business, communication, leadership, and organizational capabilities.
• Preferred: experience leading teams within a matrixed organization encompassing multiple business units, customer segments, product lines, or global teams.
• Preferred: experience in revenue transformation, sales process standardization, CRM/CPQ adoption, enterprise change initiatives, or AI-enabled enablement workflows.
• Preferred: background in healthcare technology, enterprise software, SaaS, data analytics, or complex B2B environments.
