This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Oversee commercial execution for the Flavor Systems division in collaboration with the Director of Sales.
• Take charge of the strategic direction, revenue enhancement, and profitability of the U.S. beverage and frozen dessert ingredient segment.
• Manage Midwest accounts and prospects directly; enhance regional performance through direct reports across the U.S.
• Create and implement category strategies that drive profitable growth.
• Expand assigned accounts and prospects while mentoring Account Managers, establishing clear performance expectations, and ensuring the team is accountable for pipeline development, customer engagement, and sales outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, R&D, and business leadership to analyze market trends, pinpoint customer needs, and promote innovative, commercially viable solutions.
• 7-10 years of experience in B2B food and beverage sales.
• At least 3 years of experience managing direct reports.
• Exhibit a proactive, growth-focused mindset with a demonstrated ability to uncover new business opportunities and enhance market presence.
• Utilize strategic thinking and an entrepreneurial mindset to develop business initiatives and long-term growth strategies.
• Show proficiency in consultative, solutions-oriented selling and stakeholder engagement across various organizational levels.
• Possess strong commercial insight, negotiation capabilities, and executive presence, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams through influence.
• Have a proven history of securing complex commercial agreements and expanding strategic accounts.
• Hold a bachelor's degree; preferred areas of study include Food Science, Chemistry, Marketing, Management, or similar fields.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% for customer visits, trade shows, and plant tours.
