This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Compile, manipulate, and analyze data over time to anticipate booking and pipeline trends.
• Develop and maintain advanced models to forecast pipeline requirements and monitor sales metrics.
• Analyze historical sales data to identify productivity trends.
• Clean, enrich, and integrate data from various sources when needed.
• Create precise reports and models using data from both internal and external sources.
• Consolidate reports into clear and understandable dashboards and visualizations for presentations.
• Provide actionable insights and information to team members and management.
• Collect and analyze data to identify issues and address them proactively.
• Work collaboratively with team members and colleagues from other departments.
• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, computer science, or finance.
• 5+ years of experience in analytics and reporting.
• Proficiency with Salesforce: The Customer Company and data visualization tools like Power BI is essential.
• Fundamental understanding of data querying, relational databases, and formula syntax.
• Strong expertise in Excel, including advanced formulas and pivot tables.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Aiming to enhance and automate processes and workflows.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
