This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate engaging onboarding and ramp courses, along with follow-up workshops for ICS and leadership, focusing on interaction and comprehension to minimize new hire ramp time.
• Promote inclusivity across in-person, hybrid, and remote audiences during training sessions.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership to identify knowledge gaps and develop strategies for intervention enablement, including skills and process training.
• Oversee the quarterly audit of onboarding live and virtual content to ensure that our onboarding program remains current.
• Develop practical exercises for hands-on learning during sessions to guarantee understanding.
• Work alongside curriculum sales enablement managers to ensure that essential content and programs are incorporated into the ramp program.
• Monitor time-to-productivity and other ramp metrics for new hires.
• Update leadership on the team's performance and engagement throughout the ramp cycle.
• Manage a Gong library folder containing gold standard calls that can be utilized in content or analyzed for insights to enhance sales strategies.
• Deliver ongoing training on MEDDPICC methodologies to support continuous learning and skill improvement within the sales team.
• This role will involve approximately 25-50% travel to our hub office, where the candidate will conduct live training and coaching.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales enablement, sales, or sales leadership.
• Familiarity with MEDDPICC and Command of the Message.
• Proficiency with various systems and tools, including Gong, Clari, Salesforce, and Claude.
• Experience in developing and refining AI-assisted workflows for content creation, communications, and operational efficiency.
• Extensive knowledge of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices in solution selling.
• Demonstrated success in scoping, creating, and implementing integrated sales communications, enablement programs, and content.
• Proven experience in delivering engaging and impactful live training sessions or workshops.
• Experience working in a global organization, collaborating with colleagues across multiple time zones.
