Onboarding Specialist – Client Welcome Calls, Healthcare, Mental Health

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Conduct brief 15-minute video calls with new users shortly after their registration.

• Guide them through a concise demo report using a provided script and talking points.

• Respond to common inquiries with confidence and warmth.

• Appropriately flag any issues that fall outside your expertise (clear guidance will be provided).

• Record brief notes following each call.

⛳️ Requirements

• A background in nursing, psychology, social work, or a related discipline (current students are encouraged to apply).

• Comfortable conducting video calls with clinicians and professionals you are meeting for the first time.

• Dependable availability for scheduled call times.

• Strong proficiency in spoken English.
